After finishing MBA is it enough if we learn tally payroll package to take up a job.or is it good to learn either SAP HR&ORACLE HRMS.Kindly advice

I am not sure if SAP HR&ORACLE are computer programs, but if they are I am sure they will teach you if they use it.
