There is no one answer for this. It differs from person to person. Some people are good at reading and understanding the material while others need somebody to explain to them. If you are of the first type, buy some books from Sybex or Oracle Press that cover the exams for Oracle Apps Financials and read them. After you have covered the material, get the simulation engine from Selftest Software or Transcender. I have personally tried Selftest Software for the Oracle 10g Database exams and I can honestly say that it is very helpful. You might be able to download the required material by searching in: http://www.4shared.com
