How should i put forward my oracle end user experience in Job interview.?

I am working in finance and am an end user of Oracle Apps for 3 yrs,I took up a training course in oracle financial functional,Now looking out for a job as functional consultant.
Since I am an end user of Oracle Apps ,how should i put forward my end user experience in Job interview.

Put forward that you are proficient in both the design AND application of the software. Knowing both DOES give you an edge..
